hot water all around the house except the shower upstairs???

We have a boiler with a tank with lots of hot water in all areas of the house except the upstairs shower runs warm for about 2 minutes and then runs cold can anyone advise.

how longs the shower been fitted ?
what shower is it?
is it fed from a pump ?

The Varta pump was fitted about three years ago .

is the pump still running when it gos cold ?

not sure , would you say that is the problem if it is.

well it can't be the cylinder as you say you have hot water everywhere else
when you loose the hot does the flow drop off ?

no the flow doesnt drop

is the hot pipes to and from pump still hot when shower gos cold ?

the pipes to the shower are hidden in the wall

The pump supply and flow are not in the wall have a feel of them.
