HOTPOINT AQUARIUS DISHWASHER LIGHT FLASHING AND NOT WORKING

i have a hotpoint aquarius dishwasher and two lights on it keep flashing at the same time, the prewash and the drying button.Nothing else is working on it, i cant get it to do anything, has anyone got any ideas what is wrong with it thanxs louise
