I'm installing an Aquarius dishwasher, but having trouble finding room for the waste. The manual only shows waste connections going 'up and over', and teed to a sink or W/M trap.
Is it permissible to run the waste through a non-return valve horizontally at floor level and tee into the existing sink waste?
I might be able to squeeze a washing machine trap behind an existing unit, but a horizontal run would be easier to access (and kinder to my knuckles to fit
