Hotpoint BWN129 doesn't appear to be getting any hot water

hi guys
my hotpoint bwm129 does not appear to be letting any hot water through, as every time we take the wasing out it is still stone cold, has anyone got any ideas of a what could be causing this?

It's surposed to come out cold .if the soap powder goes down it's working some bwms are coldfill only.
