Hotpoint WD440 f13 lights 1&2&4, dryer ntc/ fan moto

Hi

Please can anyone tell me how to fix the problem with my hotpoint wd440 washer dryer.

From the flashing lights i have found it has error f13 lights 1&2&4, dryer ntc/ fan motor.

Can anyone tell me what i need to do to fix it ?

Does it do it on wash or dry.

it does it on the drying cycle.

iv just taken it apart and the fan is completely seized. could this be causing it?

Yes thats you problem. Make sure your sitting down when you look at the price of one.
