Hotpoint WD440 - dryer tripping electrics

Hi
I have a Hotpoint WD440. Everytime the dryer part starts up, it is tripping my electrics. The washing machine part works fine - I am just unable to use the dryer.
I haven't moved the unit, or done anything different.
Is this something that can easily be fixed? Anyone got any ideas?

Yep dryer element gone. Easy to replace and cost about 30.00 or less.
