Hotpoint WD64 - hot wet clothes during drying cycle

Hi...any suggestions would be appreciated.
The W/D is approx 18mths old. It washes fine but the drying cycle doesn't dry. The water flows into the condenser fine..but the intermitted run to clear the cold water doesn't kick in and the washing gets wet again.
I've had the back off to have a look..it all looks fine.
The washing cycle is great and there doesn't seem to be a problem with the filer or pump blocked.
What else could it be??
I've limited space and no way to dry wet clothes during the winter is doing my head in!

Hi...Had another look around the forum. Some guy had the same problem and when he took off the filter it was blocked with a button and a load of fluff.....
So despite everything looking alright...I took off the filter and found a wee 5 pence clogged in fluff.....
After removing all the gunk...its running brilliantly!
