Hotpoint WF541 Washing machine lights

When turning on the machine at the 13amp socket all lights on the left flash just once, also the first light door locked and the fourth light final spin also flash just once and the on/off light flashes just once then nothing happens
HELP

Could this be caused by a faulty door lock switch?

No , faulty cap c17 on the Pcb. Plenty of posts on the sticky at the top
