HOTPOINT WF541.

Hi guys,
I have another WF541, with a wee problem I hope someone can help with, It powers up, I select SPIN program, after a few minutes of NOTHING, the DOOR LOCKED light flashs. Changed the door interlock, checked the NTC, checked Heater Element, Checked Pressure Switch, Checked Motor Brushes, Removed and Checked PCB and with no obvious short flashing, or signs of PCB blown. Any help would be appreciated.

Incidently I read ROCKS posts about the error codes lights...... What sequence is the lights numbered in for the fault flash codes.

Does it fill with water if not check the wireing plug from motor to pcb.

Continuity on the Motor to PCB cable is good, as is the continuity on all other cables within the wiring harness,(took ages to check them all) No it wont fill with water, When I select a program the wash light comes on (along with on/off) then nothing happens at allfor about 1 or 2 minutes then the DOOR LOCKED light flashes.

have you checked the brushes they must be very low or you have a motor fault.

I did check the brushes, it was the first thing I check I think, but I forgot to reconnect one of the supply wires to the brushes, many thanks for all your help once again.

Hi rock1 i have a wf541 with error code fo4 how can i fix it?

Check the filter , blow done presure pipe to clear it , if that don't cure it new presure switch or pcb needed.
