Greetings all.
I hoping someone with a bit more knowledge could assist me.
Two days ago mt washing machine packed up it was stopping halfway through a full wash and would not go onto Fast Spin and the On/Off light was flashing fast as well as the rinse hold was illuminated with a load in.
Now after reading on the forums this led me to motor/jam tacho. So I went and had a look at the motor and all seemed fine and dandy. I couldn't see how to access the brushes in the motor due to the fact that there are no screw to undo just rivets holding it together. So I left that and could feel no play in the shaft or anything.
Gave it a quick test with NO LOAD and was fine. Even went onto leave it overnight to clear fault codes to see if it would do anything.
Now I have tried it again tonight. This is where it confused me. I put it on again with NO LOAD and selected the program which just does FAST SPIN and it worked a treat! Got upto top rpms fine.
When I go to put a load into it it throws the same code as before.
Can anyone shed some light onto it?
Cheers
Neil
