Hi. I'm a caretaker in a School and need to Pop Rivet a Staple to a exterior strong closure hollow steel door so that the door can be 'hooked' open. How do I choose the right rivet and do the job? Thanks.
Drill two or more holes to suit the fitting, then use big steel pop rivets of sufficient length, 1/8" shank or more, should be strong enough, or have you considered welding staple to door?
