Yes, this is surely a simple question but I have no clue (new homeowner)

We have a SIME boiler and have no idea to change it from winter mode to be able to get hot water in these warmer months?

Is it a case of changing the thermostat temp and if so how do I do that?
Isn't obvious and when you open the front it says:

'The room's thermostat conection is inside the panel'

Help, am really missing a long soak!

you just turn its temperature setting down

the bit you are looking at / quoted from is the "business end" and should be admired with a knowing smile only (knowing you know where it is but also that you dont touch it )

I have never got to play with a thermostat, so this is interesting me too now.

How far do you turn it down? Right down, so the CH doesn't fire at all? Or just down to 15 or so?

Slater, if you still have no luck, isn't there an immersion heater on your hot water cylinder? Not the cheapest way to get hot water but better than a cold bath!

we leave our c/h "programmer" as it is all year, and indeed just turn stat to 15, so if it should get cold in summer, at least we will not freeze
