It looks as if your adjusters may be here?
They are usually adjustable with an Allen key.
One will adjust the closing speed, one will adjust the final 'slam'.
Usually, a clockwise turn on the adjuster would reduce the oil flow through the closer and the motion would slow - anyway, have a play with small adjustments and see what happens!
