ICOS HE Boiler

Unfortunately my radiators are not heating up, I think it maybe the pump in the boiler. When you change the pump do you need to isolate the water connection, or is the pump separated from the hot water.

Secondly how can I check the pump is not working????

Does your HW work? If yes then its a system fault not the boiler/pump.

Thanks, the HW is working and some of the rads get warm, those closest to the hot water tank on the third floor, the rads on the ground and first floor do not heat up at all.
