idea classic ff260 problems boiler

hi everyone the problem is when the heating or hot water is switched on it starts up the pressure will go up to 3 bars and then cuts out, water also starts to come out of the overflow pipe at the front of the house and the system wont hold any pressure

the expansion vessel is now holding at one bar now a new problem it seems to be bubbling and boiling over and clicking but when i put it on the hot water it goes up to 3 bar then cuts out
