Hi there, I have an ideal boiler and it is displaying the following error message L9 Could someone tell me what this means and how much I should expect to pay for it to be fixed? Any help much appreciated.

L9 is an overheat error. Check the system pressure and top up if necessary. If the system pressure is okay it is probably the pump failed.
Once you've checked the system pressure try pressing the reset button. When the boiler tries to fire up on it's preheat cycle you should hear the pump running.
If it is the pump gone you're probably looking at around £150 ish
If it's not the pump or pressure you'll need to get someone in.
