Hi guys,

called out to repair this boiler, would not ignite fault code LF- fault finding pointed to new PCB. Changed PCB (there are 2 grey wires in a terminal block cannot find home for - don't know if this is the problem) but same problem - will not ignite. There is 200v DC at gas valve and all other ignition sequence takes place. Really could do with picking your brains please!!!!!!!!!!!!

Give the condensate trap a clean out. They are gets for blocking up and when they do you get LF failure

thanks sorted- absolutely clogged and pipe from h/e blocked, approx 2 lts water came out.

no biggy its very very comman as the condensate trap on them is pathetic it is

Its also a right bug**r when you hang the boiler, connect jig up and then find the damn rubber condense pipe on top of your toolbox tray
