Hello,

I wonder if anyone can help, I have a ideal standard toilet that is overflowing into the pan, please see the photos below it is leaking from under highlighted area. I have no idea what this part is called or how to fix the issue.

Any help you guys can give would be very much appreciated.

Many thanks

Is it the float is badly adjusted or does it constantly leak even if you hold the blue float up ?
More likely the diaphragm is faulty.
These are fitted to many ideal and Armitage Shanks toilets.

If it's the diaphragm faulty then i would probably change complete valve for a fluidmaster valve.

Washer in the float valve is knackered. I'd get a whole new valve, replacing the washer doesn't always do the trick

Many thanks for the quick replies
it constantly leaks even if you hold the blue float up, so I will check the washer 1st I guess I just unscrew the parts to revival the washer.

If I need to replace the value or diaphragm what part would fit?

Does anyone know if the top of the part should screw off or would i need to remove the whole part to replace the washer?
