Identifying Toilet Ballcock for Spares/Replacement...

Hi

I offered to fix a friends (very!) leaky ballcock. I can't read the manufacturer on it - can anyone identify it and where I could get spares? If not a suitable simple replacement (has an offset at the bottom).
