In a bit of a pickle, UPVC door hinge adjustment

Hi, hoping you guys can help me out here. My UPVC door has dropped overnight and my attempts to adjust it have made things worse. It`s now hanging too low for the frame and is angled off true from top to bottom and won`t sit in the frame at all.
I`m struggling to get my head round which way to adjust the hinges ( 3 hinges with a vertical and horizontal adjustment on each)
I`m now in a situation where it`s sunday afternoon and I can`t leave the house as there`s no way to make the door secure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
