Indesit D41 - Error Code

Hello,
Our Indesit D41 has first two (from left, prewash & wash) lightes flashing after an attempted wash, even a quick wash.
There is water left in the dishwasher, I have checked the filter inside that can be pulled out and cleaned them, still the error comes up shortly in to the wash.
Any help as to what this means so I can target an area to fix ?

pump blocked, remove filters and get a metal coat hanger chopped in half and then wiggle in the 3 slots were the filters were at the base twist it a few turns to unblock, if it food waste it will go ,if its glass/ china it wont come out base has to come off

Thanks I had tried that in the mean time
Using a long test tueb brush as they usually work wonders.

Must be shards of glass in there then (which also means the filter are pretty useless )

Anyways, since it must be going on 6 years old I wangled a nice new fullsize dishwasher out of the company.

Anyways, thanks again for replying and since the base would have to come off, that means (being in a school department and H&S stuff) that an electrician/service person would have to do it. New dishwasher is therefore cost effective in the long run
