Indesit D63 Dishwasher

Can anyone tell me how to disconnect the lower spray arm in this dishwasher so I can check it is properly clean. Dishwasher works fine, fills okay and the upper spray arm revolves as required, but the bottom one does not move and doesn't appear to have water through it. Any suggestions before I call in the "experts". Many thanks in anticipation.

do you have the half load button selected, if so only top basket washes, to remove lower arm looking from above turn ring under arm 90 degrees clockwise. hope this helps rgds gary

Yes I do, I discovered that after I'd posted the question. I feel a bit of a fool, but thank you so much for your quick response.
