indesit washing machine problem

My Indesit washing machine seems to release warm water but does not do anything after so my washing is just sat in a puddle of water. We have tried changing the settings to see if that helps but nothing. We have also cleaned out the pipe thing on the bottom of the washing machine but we still have the same problem.

If someone has any suggestions on what is wrong id be very greatful to hear them, thanks.

Put it on the rinse program does water go in. Does it spin on the spin program.

No it does not spin.
