Indesit WI121 - 5 flashes error

Hi the washing machine gets past the rinse and seems to drain but then the dial clicks continually and doesn't move into the spin cycle the light flashes five times then pauses before flashing 5 times again. I have read that this is a fault with the pressure switch?

However I removed the filter and had to drain three mixing bowls of water out of the filter cap first and then found a plastic sticker (not meant to be there) restricting the outlet could this be the cause?

I'm reluctant to put another load in to test it as it took ages to drain the last one and got my laminate flooring very wet.

yes thats it 5 flashes mean filter blocked .

Unblocking the filter sorted the issue and the washing machine is completing full cycles again.
