Hello,

Apologies if this has been asked before.

Are there any methods for insulating a stud wall already built?

Like maybe making holes in the top and blowing insulation in or something?

Im in a rental flat and a baby has moved into flat next door, its driving me crazy!

Cheers

It's a rented flat, you are not allowed to do any 'work' on it, it would be up to the landlord.

Im well aware, but I cant see the landlord having issue with it. for arguements sake, theyve agreed already.

Anything blown into the stud wall will do sweet F All to deaden the sound. Give it a couple a months and the crying should get abate anyway. Or just move. Or don't live in a flat full stop.
