Has anyone heard of ,or tried to insulate under a ground floor suspended wooden floor using a product that can be blown in through various lifted boards. A product that will not transfer moisture, but be useful insulationwise.. Any improvement will be welcome. It is not feasible to lift the entire floor and do the job properly..

You are asking about something that does not exist. Besides, the void beneath the floor must remain vented.

Can you get access to the cavity below, as the ideal solution is to get under the floor and use rolls of loft insulation, which fits perfectly between the joists. Use netlon stapled to the joists to keep the insulation in place.
