Hi all, my ageing Vaillant vcw 240 h was serviced about 6 months ago and has been running fine but recently the heating has been working intermittently, sometimes it works at the time set by the timer other times not.
The hot water is fine.
We do not have a room stat.
I fitted a new diverter valve about 10 years ago could the diaphragm be worn ?
I have tried another timer and had the same problem.
Any ideas chaps ?
