i have moved sockets added spurs and in one case lengthened the wires to allow the repositioning of sockets in my new kitchen.
is this notifiable

Afaict, as you live in Scotland it is governed by the sort of house in which you live as to wether a warrant is required or not.

Then yes, it is notifiable. But it should have been notified BEFORE you did the work.
