im looking at moving a rad in the dining room from on wall to another and was wondering if is ok to use plastic piping and push fit connectors??

or does it need to be copper pipes.

most of the piping will be hidden .

what system have you got.if its pressurised yes you can use pushfit , if its vented i wouldnt unless theres plenty of head (height of header tank )

Mind if I ask why not Fitz?

I installed two new rads in my lounge with polyplumb about 4 years ago. No problems since.

pushfit work due to pressure. ive been to a couple of jobs where the header tank has been in cupboards and fittings have been weeping.

Push fit don`t work on pressure it is a faulty joint if weeping
