is this sort of development permitted?

Hi All,

right at the back of house a extended development is going on.

what happen to privacy rules for building planning? he is developing in the name of permitted development. please advise if I can do some thing about this.
no one to help from council it seems.

All the rooms are being over looked including bedrooms, bathroom , garden. lack of privacy specially in bathroom and bedrooms.

Hello. This is London. Everybody overlooks everbody else. Get over it. The guidance on Permitted Development is very clear, and the work shown would appear to fall within PD - assuming your neighbour owns the entire property as a single dwelling , and you're not in the Durham Road, Romford Road, or Woodgrange Road Conservation areas.
