Don't do PIRs for goodness sake - the number of things you'd miss would be a major worry. And also your ignorance in assuming that ALL women have LESS testosterone than men. In fact, if you consult the medical journals, you will find SOME men have lower levels of testosterone than some women and SOME women have higher levels of testosterone than some men.
