Hi,
Have a 2004 1.2 nissan micra with the ps light on , have taken it to the local diagnostic techician he tells me that it maybe connected to the abs system , possibly a senor failure , but his tester can't read the micras abs ecu , and he tells me only Nissan can read these...... is this true , also the fault cleared , i had a weak battery and the car used to struggle to start on one cold morning the car was trying to start and the ps light went out the fault cleared , changed the battery a few weeks later the fault returned. I've tried disconnecting the battery and totally discharging the cars electrical system hoping this would clear any faults in the ecu but this has made no difference , now nissan what £90 to read the ecu , can anyone help
