We have bought a new house which has an alarm installed.

Unfortunately the previous owner has not left us any instruction books etc

Please can someone identify the two units in the photo below?

I believe the panel is a Accenta/Optima with no built in keypad.

Control panel is honeywell G4 accenta with lcd keypad
Do you have user code for keypad ?
Other keypad is a honeywell simple set.
This keypad has a prox tag to set and un set alarm
Have you got the prox tokens ?

Yes, we have the user code and a prox token.

Please can you tell me the model name/ number of the unit (ADE) on the right hand side of the keypad?

It's call a simple set and its made by Honeywell

The simple set unit has been discontinued, although you can still get the tags for it.
