Can this insulation be used in a loft conversion?

My builder is planning to place it under the floorboards etc, however reading up on it, it says its for metal clad buildings.

Thanks for the replies, i think the insulation was for elsewhere rather than the floor, but i questioned weather some was needed under the floor. His reply was not really but it could help with sound proofing so he will put some under.
