Laminate flooring Question

I've laid some laminate flooring and realised the gap between the boards is quite close 8cm. (See photo).

Will this cause a problem, should I take them up and make the gap bigger?

8cm should be fine, I'd only worry if it was 4cm or less

They do seem flat, think I'll just leave it as it is like you suggested.
