My Leonard 722 Thermostatic mixing valve is now working very poorly. It is not delivering water hot enough, even when up to max. Has been working very well for about 30 years.
Any solutions please? Replacement would entail a lot of destructive re-installation work.
Thanks.

You can still get parts for it, I would think it's the coil inside which regulates the temp or the barrels are needing cleaned.
It will be listed as a Mira 722 O ring kit and a thermostatic coil for same.
Should be able to be refurbished up to full working in under an hour.
