Any of you guy's done work for a letting agent who then decides not to pay on time if so what did you do. advice needed for small business who needs its cash.

Depends how much cash you're talking about cb. Have you tried just calling in to the office and asking why there is a delay? If so and they're just not playing ball it might be worth your while asking a local solicitor how much they'd charge for a demand letter. But they may call your/his/her bluff. It's a difficult one. Can't remember the exact wording but even the small claims courts allow a 'reasonable' amount of time for a debt to be paid. But how long is a 'reasonable' amount of time?
