leveling rsj

I can't seem to get some rsj's to be level side ways,length ways they are fine,but side ways is a bit off.Is this normal? Padstones/lintels are level both ways.
I can't see it being an issue but thought I'd check.They are for a timber floor.

As long as it's within a few millimetres I wouldn't worry. How far out is it?
