Quick question. We have a downstairs loo with a sink. Its a decent sized cloak, with the light about a metre away from the wall with the sink on (can measure if its relevant). Do I have to use a light fitting with a specific IP rating, or can I use a standard ceiling rose and shade?

Cheers

A standard fitting is fine. It is only rooms containing a bath or shower where special regulations apply.
