LOCKED DOOR

THE DOOR TO MY ZANUSSI 1050 WASHING MACHINE WILL NOT UNLOCK AND I HAVE A FULL LOAD OF WASHING IN IT. IT SEEMS TO HAVE DRAINED BUT THE DOOR STILL WON'T UNLOCK. ANYONE KNOW ANYWAY TO GET IT TO RELEASE THE LOCK?

i have no idea about a zanusi, but you said " IT SEEMS TO HAVE DRAINED "

it may not have, put it onto the start of a spin cycle, which will run the pump and get out more water, swict m/c off while changing to spin cycle, and see waht happens, you may also want to try putting the out let hose into a bucket if that doesnt work
