After bleeding my rads last week I've had only luke warm water coming from the bathroom taps. Central heating is working ok.

I have a (not so) Ideal Combi C24.....pressure is @ bar 2. I have previously reduced pressure to 1.5 but didn't make any difference.

Please help...I'm going nuts trying to figure this out and would give my right arm for a hot bath!

Reduce your pressure to 1 bar and turn your tap down so that it can heat less water hotter.
Having your tap on full with a combi means less heat is generated. :D

Have reduced pressure to bar 1 however water temp' hasnt increased  .

Am i correct in just having to bleed the rad's to reduce pressure...or have i missed something else.

Apologies for being a dumb ass

Have just noticed that pressure has returned to bar 2 (or near as) within the last ten min's

Hope you are attractive

But seriously, keep your eye on the boiler pressure.
Keep it at 1 bar cold. It will rise when hot but shouldn't get up to 2 bar and above. If it does you will need to get a Corgi to check your expansion vessel :D
