Hi folks, Just to update you all:
I have changed the diverter valve along with the plate heat exchanger and now at last we have nice flowing, continuous hot water. I also have changed the PRV and the automatic air vents so I will watch to see if the pressure now drops.
I have noticed though that the nearest rad to the boiler is still getting hot when I run just the hot water tap. I understood that the 3 way valve assembly (diverter valve) would be the likely cause of this and after changing this part am disappointed to find the problem still exists.
Does anyone know why this is still happening?
Thanks to all who have replied and tried to solve my water problems lol
