Main Eco Elite 30 Combi Boiler Issue

Thermostat now working, still not firing up and I think I have moved round the jumpers prior to today so can't be sure if they are set in the right order. Any ideas what the usual order is?

They need to match those denticle ones on the receiver..

Is this the receiver wire?

That's an earth wire, it likely will be one of the white ones on the left probably going to a box somewhere.
