Matrix MHN100FR Induction Hob wiring

Hi I am replacing our hob and just want some clarification that I am wiring it correctly

This is where the wires go:

and this is the diagram and instructions supplied :

I believe that I should be wiring it like this but I would appreciate if someone could confirm or let me know if I'm doing it wrong?

Yes, that is correct.

I would connect the brown to the centre terminal.

brilliant thanks for the help. Any particular reason to go to the centre? Not sure I can get the wire in there as there are 2 ends of the gold connectors in there so its a bit too cramped!

I don't suppose it will make any difference.

It would just reduce the current in one of the links.

I would connect the brown to the centre terminal.

I'd connect it to the one where it goes in most easily, and with the least strain or overcrowding.

Cable needs to be secured under the clamp at the end.
