Max distance of soil pipe to stack

I hope you can see the above, the exsisting toliet soil which runs a deeper graidient to the main soil pipe than I thought hence needing to do more work replacing the old toilet pipe.

New pipe to new toilet will have a aav as shown. Just to be clear was not hoping originally to touch the existing toilet which is staying.

Is this ok? This is all on an outside wall.

Hi all, does anyone have any comments on the above, I think the key is do you think the AAV is needed?

Both toilets are on the otherside of the external wall.
