Hi,

I previously posted about maybe converting a loft into an extra bedroom/bathroom.

I have a megaflow system in my house, and no problems at all with pressure. It's a 3 floor terrace house (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 WC's) , and the loft conversion will be approx 4ft higher than the existing top floor shower. There is no water tank upstairs in teh house, I have a megaflow in the back of the kitchen, with a boiler next to it.

Any ideas on how I can check if this system is capable of handling an extra shower+wc+sink ?

I'm thinking in terms of water pressure only, as the boiler is more than adequate.

Megaflo's operate at 3 bar water pressure, but when you have more than one bathroom, especially at different levels, then its best to have additional pressure to call on if required. The megaflo has a pressure reducing valve built in, so you could have 10 bar incoming pressure and it would still reduce it to 3 bar. The main problem in your situation will be volume of water, and assuming you have good water pressure (check with your water supplier) you may need to upgrade your incoming mains pipe size to cope with the volume of water required.
Long winded I know, but hope it all makes sense... if you need more info try www.heatraesadia.com for technical info.
