I am refurbishing my house ( built 1992) currently:

Phase 1 -existing house 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms

phase 2 - side extension additional 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom

phase 3 - loft extension 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom

Question: do I need a megaflow? Is it the best solution?

If not what is the alternative?

If it is the best solution, can anyone give me a ballpark sensible price?

Grateful for any advise

Best

I would say most definitely unless your area suffers from low water pressure

Check your incoming mains pressure and flow rate.

If 20l/min, at least 3 Bar and at least 22mm mains pipe size, then an unvented will be the best bet, probably a 250 or 300 litre with your amount of hot outlets.

If you haven't got these figures above, then you are wasting your money.

Go for traditional gravity system or accumalator fitted.
