I have a 2000 (V) Micra Inspiration which I am loathe to dispose of, but when the MOT expires in April..ta ta i'm afraid. However, an old neighbour has a 51 plate Micra Vibe which she crashed during the bad weather ..nothing too serious...all cosmetic.i.e. wing..bumper & headlight. as she only used it going to the shops as it were it's only got 35000 mls on the clock so i'm thinking of using parts off old car to replace damaged ones. So i'm wondering..when i disconnect the battery..how will this affect ECU when I re-connect..anything i need to know.
