Might not get planning permission

Are they saying it 1.5m too long or too wide?

If they do decide against it you can always consider appealing depending on the reasons they give.

Too wide, if I moved it back to the existing wall running down the rhs of kitchen then it would get approved, its that 1.5 metres just up to boundary that is the problem.

I am trying to think of a way to still use the space maybe take it back but somehow put something there.

Any suggestions?

Err, not without compromising one of the spaces or butchering your kitchen ie putting the bathroom in the end of the kitchen but I’m sure that’s been explored.
