Moving external phone line position

I've booked a bt engineer to move the phone line (thats comes from the telephone pole) to the house.

Its moving about 1-2 metres from the middle of the house to the side so i can run it down behind the downpipe. After rendering its just hanging loose and i don't want to pin it into the render. It also goes through the porch roof into the master socket on the other side - silly.

Can some one tell me what the little hook that the phone line hooks on to on the house before it runs down to the master socket?

We don't have one. Its just kinda nailed to the fascia. I've seen a 'proper' phone line hook. Is this a BT product or can i buy it somewhere?

The 'curly wurly' is a Dropwire Clamp 10A (or Clamp Dropwire 10A) hangng off a Dropwire bracket 22a
